That would be correct they are Comp lobe numbers ground with a BB master which is what the "B" represents in the lobe number.
To my last post I mistakenly read it as a .309 lobe not a .3009 so the lift would be .451 & 481 not .494....

That is certainly nothing crazy In lieu of credible information to the contrary I would run ±150 seat & 350-375 open, should be more than enough to control it to the RPM you are asking about & then some unless you have 5 pound valves,,,,,,,,,, BTW, with a 1.6 rocker you will be at .494 not ....

Downside (side with the inner shoulder) in that pic go towards the gear

How long dipped in oil? I've read anywhere from a short while to overnight and also that you don't need to.
