Either open it up to the ID of the tube, or nearly so, or remove the tube altogether. Be prepared to jet down. Some OE Pontiac and Chevy carbs (and others) in the early '60 had no E-tube in the secondary booster cluster, just the smaller tube that feeds the "tip-in" nozzle. Does anything ...
