If you can obtain a system curve (pressure drop vs flow) for your radiator you can measure the flow by simply measuring differential pressure between radiator inlet and outlet. Ask PWR what pressure drop to expect through that radiator at 50 GPM then you can measure it very simply. I like that idea...

Rick, Do you know if any water pump testing differentiated between gas-saturation levels in coolant/water?
