I would tighten up the extension of the front and rear shocks. That should really slow the violence of the chassis on the initial hit of the car.

You could also tighten the extension of your front shocks or struts. Placing 10-20 pounds on the nose can help control it also. Then, when then track conditions get bad, the adjustment is much easier than changing the 4 link bars.

Wishbones are about the best as far as keeping the rear housing centered. The down side to a wishbone is you have to keep up on your maintenance program and keep the slider clean and lubed.
