Remote Electric water pump for dyno

Post by R.Brown »

From time to time, we get engines to dyno where people don't have the belts / pulleys figured out yet, or we want quick access to the timing cover for cam swaps, etc. I would like to set my dyno cell up with a remote water pump. Something where the pump is mounted out of the way and you just have the water lines go up to the engine... getting rid of the block mount water pump. Is the Meziere style (WP116) what most go with, or is there a 110V industrial pump from a place like Grainger that would be better?

Thanks,

Ryan

This is what I use. Never had a problem with it and it flows a lot.
