Sounds like this head acts somewhat like the SBF Victor 7721 head. You can flow about 390 with either a 2.180 or 2.200 and they seem to stop there quote]

Why do you say that Duane? You know people that have victor heads that flow 420+ with a 2.180.

I've seen some killer numbers from the Glidden head too.... don't know if it translates a faster car on the track or not though.

The Blue Thunder head is a Cleveland. 9 1/2 X 3 1/2 on the intake.

Curtiss,
Just checking back in after a while. Did you get those valve seats? Did they work out OK?

He was mumbling something about iron casting techniques this morning - - but I did not pick up whether it was relating to heads or blocks. He's definitely up to something....

I know he had (to be kind) mixed success with his last venture into teh land of cast iron...
