BBC Offset Lifters

I have a set of .150 offset roller lifters collecting dust for awhile now, and was wondering about using them on a conventional head BBC with non-offset rockers. Anyone have some input about doing this, i haven't mocked them up in the block yet, but i figured i would see what others had to say. Thanks Kelly.

It will straighten-out the pushrod angle slightly so, be sure to readjust the guide plates to center the tip of the rocker arm over the valve stem.

Other than changing the pushrod angle, would there be any significant increase in lifter bore wear or to the lifter body itself? Thanks.
