So this will be our first start on the new motor, break in and then we will cut the filter and check out the guts, and hopefully, run next weekend with the motor.
Its a 496ci bbc, brodix bb2 heads 10:1 compression PUMP GAS, i would really prefer to run 90 octane rec fuel.
Brodix recommends NGK R5671A-9 for RACE GAS but they do not have a recommendation for pump gas with these heads.
cant remember the pn off top of my head for the cam, ill post back in a few with that
spark plug recommendations?

I run NGK plugs in all the engine I build-- For street / pump gas engines , I always use NGK FR-5

10 to 1 CR , alloy heads, NGK #6 range would be my choice.
Stock low CR engines use #5 range and #9s in this engine would foul very soon. Too cold.
