Brodix -13 SBC heads

Post by Huggins137 »

Finally got a set of cylinder heads for my dads new mud-bog motor, they are brodix -13 CNC heads with 283cc intake runners 2.180/1.625 valves.

We were looking at intakes to fit the heads the Brodix HV 1301 and the edelbrock 2859 and was wondering what intake were you guys using with these Brodix cylinder heads? thanks
Also found a new in the box set of T&D shaft rockers 2126 that fit the heads with a rocker ratio of 1.8/1.6 was wondering if those would be a good ratio to run?

no idea on the intake for your application
what rpm range?
rockers should be GREAT
but springs and pushrods to match
roller cam? and rev kit?
cam MUST match the rockers and compression and rev requirements
go here and fillout the cam request form and ask for suggestions on your unknowns

ask about large tunnel and lifter bore size
raised cam is such a good idea and even better with longer stroke and HD rods
