You must've paid the extra for the Dozer ported intake option.

Braided lines plumbed water from back of intake to front.

The other intake isn't for SN, but is for a different project. I just sent a pic to Chad so he could see what I was talking about on that intake. But I sent it at the same time so he posted it too. LOL

I just need to double check everything on SN heads/intake (and get Dozer's approval ) then clean and assy the heads.
Then decide if I'm supposed to bolt the engine back together or if Chad is ? :?:

Then dyno flowZ. :D

An overlap snap shot of a nano second, is that the best choice?

Odds are any lift/window area you end up with on an optimized combo at TDC is just the result of a compromise of other parts of the lift curve.

Along with the new heads, I will be trying another cam I specced, after dynoing with the original Bullet. Bullet Cam is 232-252 110, Comp cam is 236-247 109. Any predictions or guesse? The numbers abover are as measured by me. Hope to be dynoing in the next few weeks for anyone possibly interested. Comp in left column, Bullet in right.

I will take the Comp for 10. I think it will have a better balance. Thanks, Charlie

I also believe the comp will outrun the original cam, if it can be controlled. At least I hope so, at least its on a decent core, unlike the Bullet which came on a cast core for a premium price. Carnut, Balance? Like Split I guess?

Quick look at the ports, balance intake flow vs. exhaust flow. I do think the exhaust duration was excessive for a good flowing exhaust port. Thanks, Charlie

Gotcha, Im not sure if Randy posted the exhaust flowz on the new heads. The new heads do have 52 degree Ex seats. The difference between the exhaust lobes fades pretty fast after about .150 lift or so.

The Comp ex lobe is definitely more aggressive off the seat. The comp intake lobe is definitely meaner than the Bullet for sure also. . There just aren't a huge selection of 230ish .400 lobe lift hyd roller lobes to choose from any supplier.
