Rotor Phasing on MSD Billet Dist.

Hey Everybody,
Have people found that the rotor phasing on an MSD Billet dist. was good when the mechanical advance was locked out?

Just a wag but it seems as though about every 6th or so distributor I run on the dyno requires phase correction. MSD or otherwise. MSD correcto cap helps on MSD and some GM but on others your left to your own devices. And in answer to your question, sometimes.
