On a carb application doesn't the runner entry need to be aligned as close as possible under the carb venturi for the best possible chance of equal fuel distribution at wot?

That is why I was curious as to the design. It didn't look right to me, but what do I know. It does look like maybe they are using the LS stamping possibly. :roll:

A dyno with 8 widebands would tell a bit of a tale but I don't have any SBC's to dyno, only LS's coming up. I'll buy one to try when the time arises.
