Not quite as low dollar but here is a low dollar progressive box with basic data acquisition as well.

That's not a bad little box Gary.

I have two of the old DI-194 4 channel serial port versions, old old from the 90's when they were $20 each. I just ordered an 8 channel DI-1100 USB.

Here are some things you can do as a DIY'er

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

DI-1100 4 channel

Analog
Channel 1 0-5v Wideband
Channel 2 RPM (might have to build a digital to analog device)
Channel 3 Fuel Pressure Sensor
Channel 4 Oil Pressure Sensor, or MAP Sensor or TPS or EGT using TC to voltage convertor

Hook directly to laptop for logging/monitoring or Rasberry PI with SD Card for Logging

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

DI-1100 8 Channel

Analog
Channel 1 0-5v Wideband
Channel 2 0-5v Wideband
Channel 3 Throttle Position Sensor
Channel 4 Fuel Pressure Sensor
Channel 5 Oil Pressure Sensor
Channel 6 MAP Sensor
Channel 7 Exhaust Pressure Sensor
Channel 8 EGT w/TC to voltage convertor

Digital
Channel 4 RPM
Channel 5 0-15000hz MAF

Hook directly to laptop for logging/monitoring or Rasberry PI with SD Card for Logging

Mini Dyno Portable Data acquisition system

DI-4108 8 Channel x 2 units daisychained with time stamped using ChannelStretch

Analog 0-5v
Channel 1 0-5v Wideband
Channel 2 0-5v Wideband
Channel 3 0-5v Wideband
Channel 4 0-5v Wideband
Channel 5 0-5v Wideband
Channel 6 0-5v Wideband
Channel 7 0-5v Wideband
Channel 8 0-5v Wideband
Channel 9 0-5v Wideband
Channel 10 0-5v Wideband
Channel 11 Throttle Position Sensor
Channel 12 Fuel Pressure Sensor
Channel 13 Oil Pressure Sensor
Channel 14 MAP Sensor
Channel 15 Coolant Temp Sensor using ohm to voltage convertor
Channel 16 Intake Air Temp Sensor using ohm to voltage convertor

Digital
Channel 4 RPM
Channel 5 0-15000hz MAF

DI-2008 8 Channel Thermocouple daisychained with above and time stamped using ChannelStretch

Analog 10mv-50mv Thermocouple
Channel 1 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 2 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 3 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 4 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 5 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 6 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 7 Thermocouple K-Type
Channel 8 Thermocouple K-Type

Hook directly to laptop for logging/monitoring or Rasberry PI with SD Card for Logging
