Low Friction DLC Ring Coatings: Worth Power?

I'm curious if anyone's played around with Federal Mogul's "CarboGlide" coated rings on the dyno yet?
I remember BigJoe saying that moving SBCs to 1.5/1.5/3mm rings can be worth 20hp in 550-600 HP SBCs; if coated rings can further reduce friction by another 15%, as Federal Mogul is saying, shouldn't they be worth something at high RPMs?
On mildly related note their 2 piece LKZ oil control rings claim a 50% reduction in oil consumption and are CarboGlide coated, so 15% friction reduction, too. (I think they're only available for direct injection applications, though.)
