76 mm turbo

Thinking of switching to turbo my set up is a 355" SB with -8's 2.05 1.60 ported 280@ .600" in 215@ 600" ex victor intake 9:1 comp scat 7/16 I beam and steel crank 010 4 bolt block 76 mm turbo with 1.10 ar on e 85 blow thru with an 850 carb any in put on HP would like to make 700 fwhp I have not speced out a cam yet

A billet 76 wheel precision will make 700whp with what you have said. I'd go aftermarket block though.
