SBC Dyno results, where to go from here
I tested with 4 different intake manifolds, 4 different carburetor configurations, with and without a vacuum pump, and different cam timing. This test happens to be with the camshaft 2 degrees retarded. This is an old build (bracket racer) that will ultimately be torn down and freshened before it sees the track in another year. Thoughts are a bit more compression, possibly a different cam, and maybe even a bit more stroke.
The engine is solid but ultimately, is there much on the table here or am I chasing just a few numbers?

Well your heads are tapped out at 5600 rpm, but where do you actually shift the motor at 7200 to 7400?
It would be nice if that dyno print out also stated how much VE the motor made as I don't know what those heads flow , but it took 320 cfm to produce your 662 coreccted HP.

Heads tapped out at 5600! You must have the dyno sheet upside down and reading it backwards. The heads look good to me and the top rpm power readings show the average peak power is now between about 6500 and maybe 8000rpms. Is that where you want your peak power average and how is the car set up now and how are you using the rpms? What bracket times and speeds will the car need to run. It's not a peaky power maker so it should be easier to set up and run if those rpms work for you. JMO

I have many customers that use a Jones 266/274 in their 406's..
If this was mine, I would give that 245cc more area at the opening, like 1207ish.

Volumetric efficiency is on the second page, RH column. 7200 shift point.
79 camaro, 3250ish#, th400, brake, 5600 stall, 4.10 gear, 9x29.5 slick. Car ran 10.0x to 10.2x depending on weather, 60' times in the mid 1.3's +\- with full exhaust and a 1050 that is down compared to this carb.
The power curve explains why the car was relatively insensitive to varying shift points.

Have to run, but are you saying you would open the gasket flanges to a 1207? How far would you blend in?

I'd say there's not much on the table. Those are nice numbers. Maybe a bigger stroke like you said would give you a little more. Probably not worth the cost.
Another option would be to upgrade to a Victor Ram. That's what Bigjoe would probably say.

2 things that I see are shift point, need to shift higher.
and 1 3/4" headers, on the small side, hope you have bigger headers in the car.
