I just used that quote and referenced him in that intake test thread Chad Spier put up. I didn't necessarily agree with everything he had to say, and he may have been a bit old school, and obviously stubborn, but I respected the guy. My condolences to the family. After all, they are the ones that are most affected.BrazilianZ28Camaro wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2018 2:33 pm

My first experience with meeting Joe was back in the latter part of the 70's. He was one of those guys who was always this side of the horizon. We disagreed as often as the reverse but regardless of that, he was always one of a kind. My thought's go to the family at these sad moments. May your hearts mend quickly.

Everyone appreciates your honesty , until you're honest with them , then you're an @$$hole.

I will miss his honesty and straight forward nature. He shared a lot of his knowledge whether you agreed or not. I liked that. Prayers for the family left behind.

We have been very fortunate that he has always been out here telling it like it is!statsystems wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2018 7:13 pm All I can say is WOW. We just lost a man who knowledge, experience and wisdom just can't be replaced.
Damn. Damn. Damn. He could have written a book I for sure would have bought several copies.

Sometimes I still need to remind myself that nothing last forever here on earth.
