Did a search here and found zilch. Been looking at this WPC surface treatment for quite a while now. Anyone have first hand experience.. preferably with physical proof? LOL.. of reduced friction and wear reduction capability?

Looks promising and small parts pricing is really decent. 8 wrist pins = $40.. lifters(disassembled flat tappets) = $128. Quote for my rods, which was my main consideration since they need to be repeened after lightning anyways, was $40 apiece/$320 though.
While the concept and theory seems to have much merit.. the idea of doing it on soft bearings scares the bejesus out of me too.
Any input is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Greg

Thanks! I searched but didn't get into the numerous mini, ultrafine, and other nicknamed nomenclatures to refine the search.
EDIT: Hmmm.. still nothing in the search. Guess it must be another one of those "racings best kept secrets".
