Burr finish on carb spacer?

4 hole Q jet to square bore adapter/spacer. yes or no? Probably won't make a difference either way.

Are you shaping it or just putting a finish in it for some arbitrary reason?

Well if you want to spend an extra ten minutes and breathing in dust, sand it. If not burr it and send it.

I would just burr it to shape and send it. Any gains you have will probably be from added plenum volume, and not the finish.
