I think it was BLP that did an inline 4bl a while back, not sure if they still do them (or if it was BLP). Not sure what cfm they were either, someone here will.
Im sure there would be a market for an inline dominator, essentially a dominator, cut in half, throttle blades in a row on a common/adjustable shaft, bowls both on one side, or possibly each bowl on an opposite side for fuel line clearance, odd look but would work well in the O.P. application. Im sure someone has done a chop up inline anyhow.
