Thanks Mike so I assume just a small reduction in exhaust duration rather than a decrease in lsa OR just run the same cam as the difference between petrol and methanol cam requirements is not worth the expense
Just changing the valve lash around can usually get it right; (if that camshaft for gasoline was right).

Cooler = denser = less volume for a given mass.

I would think increasing the CR would make more power increase than the cam going from gasoline to methanol

Methanol can burn a lot slower, or a lot faster, than gas, or about the same, it all depends on the methanol AFR.

I'm not talking about ignition delay. Strictly the actual burn time.
