Would somebody please post up the bore and stroke of all of the old Pontiac engines they were trying to run back then.

I'm just not sure about the 303 and 366 engines, but do know a bit about the 326/336, 350, 400, 421, and 455 ones.

I got to watch, "Farmer", run one time as a kid back in HS at Kahoka, MO. I think he was running a new '63 or '64 white Tempest S/W. Arnie's "Grocery-Getter", car??

There were a pair of Crosley S/W's, a blue one and a bright yellow one that were a real hoot! The yellow one was named the, "Blown Banana"!!

Back about '64??

Do these RAV engines have 30° intake valve seat angles like other Pontiacs?

I believe the 303 was 4.120 and 2.84 and they were done with a 9.2 deck and a 10.2 deck.The 366 is 4.155 and 3.375 and was only a 10.2 deck.Tom

New V offerings have been avail for 10 years. Haven't yet seen any solid N/A track results.
Was dyno of a 609 where BES relocated the pushrod out of the port.

Although I live and bleed RA V I dont believe a port with the pushrod in the center will ever be as efficient as one without.JMHO,Tom

All you have to do is compensate for the area restriction it presents by adding more port area !

I blew out the dust from my 1972 archive's and here's what I found.
