383 with Pro Topline Torker heads

I´ve been offered to by a Chevy 383 stroker engine, that´s been recently imported to Sweden (where I live).
It is supposed to have been pro built in the U.S, with all new parts in it, and give 450+ hp.
No carb ,but an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake manifold.
The heads are cast iron Pro Topline Torker heads, 223-6720 167T.
One head is marked 223-6720 167T F3953 02 03, and the other 223-6720 167T F4767 03 03.
Right and left, or what?
Living in Sweden, shops around here have little or no knowledge about these heads.
I´ve found out that they have 167cc runners, 67cc chambers and 2.020 intake.
I don´t know what cam it has, but I´m trying to find out who built it, so can get the specs on it.
Is it possible to get that amount of power out of this engine with these heads?
I´m really interested in this engine, but some people I´ve talked to, have doubt´s that it can perform 450 + horsepowers with the PTL Torker heads.
Need some advice here :?

looks like a difference in "date of casting" or something.

as far as the 450hp, I guess that would depend on who built it.

They are nice little heads and an excellent upgrade over old stock castings.

I'm not so sure about 450 hp unless they have some work.

Have these heads been ported? i supose it could be possible to get 450hp out of that combo, but that is a very small head for a healthy 383. Typically, i'd like to see a minimum runner of 180cc on a 383.

Be leary unless you can find out exactly who built it. There a lot of wannabe pro's in this country as well as being sure if it was built here. Call or write to be able to confirm how to ID if they built it. If it seems to be a great deal on the price, it may end up being a bad one.
