Strang Aluminum struts/Tire size Change

I have a set of the Aluminum strange struts and i am runing a 33/15/15 Hoosier slick on the rear with a ladder bar set up and the question is,I have 24.5"x4 1/2" x15 on the front and they are old and falling apart at the seams. (Litterally). A friend of mine Larry Wilson (Wilsons Racing transmissions and custom torque converters) Give me a set of (same as new) M/T 28x4.5x15 ET Fronts and i was wondering what kind of an affect it would have on my front end as far as launch,Lift and stability goes? I know it is gonna put my wheel-e-bars closer to the ground and will need adjustment But, What other kind of affect am i to look out for?
By the way the car is a full tube chassis. (It looks to be a older late 80s early 90s pro stock chris alston type tube kit) I could be wrong!
