Load Rating on Torque Trusts?

Hi,

I have a problem with a set of Torque Trusts on a 66 Chrysler . They have no load rating on them!

They have all kinds of numbers cast and stamped on them:

ZCW 15 X 7,0 AR-VN 501
ET-5 ARE.INC
DOT-T
20 9
M 03 01385

but NO load rating. In my part of the world I cannot get the car inspected without a load rating. Besides I would get shafted BAD in case of an accident even if the actual accident is not my fault. American Racing does not answer my emails.

Any idea if there are minimum standards for wheel stregth according to get a DOT approval? Any idea where to get reliable information on this?
