i have 1962 mopar b body when the car is on a lift wheels hanging no shocks looking at from the rear left side hangs lower about 3/4 of a inch springs are 4 years old bars no preload cars about 150 runs and hook good what do you guys think thanks

Could be a spring… previous crash damage or worn bushings. Maybe more… or less.

Are your torsion bars in good shape and adjusted evenly? Is the ride height even?

Just some things to think about.

Probably binding somewhere. Likely shackles.
