74 Camaro sub frame connector question

Hello,

Can anyone tell me about installation of sub frame connectors for a 74 Camaro? Which is easiest to install, bolt in or weld? If you use bolt in, do you have to unbolt the subframe of the car to install the sub connectors?

Larry, weld them in and be done! Bolts are weak unless you weld a round tube inside the square tube so it doesn't collapse!
