Summit Racing question?

Are they charging sales tax on out of state sales, like to MO?
I know there are no shipping charges for over $100 orders.

If they have a facility [warehouse etc] in your State, they may be req'd by law to collect tax. Even if the items come from a warehouse outside your State.
