EX valve seat thickness maximum old 383 Dodge

I have a couple of 1967 383 Dodge heads that have a couple of damaged ex valve seats, whats the deepest cut/diameter I can go and still stay dry, the engine has 1.740 ex diameter, I can get 1.810 dia ex valves if the seat is going to be an issue.

I have never had a problem using the seats that SBI lists in their catalog for a specific head.

For your application they show 1 7/8" x 1/4"

Just a little update, I used the 1.810 ex valve, I used my serdi cutters and it fit real nice, I was a little nervous using a seat that was 7/32 thick. thanks to all who helped.
