Oh this is a MOPAR motor
I've put more torqueflytes behind BBC (including Blown Fuel BBC) than the other way around
you running a 904 or 727?
what chassis is so tight?
IMHO I think you are better off with a 3 speed unless you need the OD

We did the trans in our Turbo Regal bought the parts from Oregon Transmission on EBAY.... Hardened input shaft, Sonax .5 boost valve and sleeve, Sonax billet servo, HP rebuild kit, Kevlar band etc. you can call them and they will give you what you need! Been working good for 4+years

Does anyone know if Bruce is still in Sacramento building transmissions? He built a few of them for me in the 90's and they are still going strong. I want another for a car I just picked up.

Thanks

Is the 727 OD automatic up to this?

I guess MOPAR make's an OD 727, don't they?

And I always thought that the 727 was right in there with the TH400 and C-6 Ford as far as handling brute "big block" power!

Am I missing something?

One other thing, is it possible to modify these tranny's so that you manually shift them in each gear up and down so that you do away with any cables and such??

Don't think so, he had a lot of health issues a few years ago & closed up shop.
