(good)customer just called me at home this morning..put in new box and complains of misfiring up until 2000 rpm or so...then cleans out...runs fine.

now i just woke so my head has yet to wrap itself around this...but any ideas?grounding?rev limits are set at max.he is running Mallory HEI.looks like i'll have to forgo mowing the lawn to go over and take a look

well,he decided to 'tune ' it after the box install (good intentions

)

prob was too much timing caused by vac advance being re plugged....54 degrees!

now runs fine.....
