the best place for that information is "ls1tech.com" conversion section lots of guys doing this type of conversion. also a great place to learn about what guys are doing to get power and durability from these engines.

Yes, LS1Tech is your best bet. Stealth71 has a good write up on his build. Everyone there is really nice to talk to , and they are more than willing to give you advise.
