Gear set/RPM/tire size??

Looking for a site to play around with different combo of tire size and gear set and seeing what RPM will be. I know they are not right on the money just looking to get some idea.Build a car and it has a rearend in it with 4.30 gears and looking to see if I can use them or not behind a SBC in the 1/4 mile.Thanks
