Cleaning ALCOA wheels

Post by Wally »

The Alcoa wheels on my truck have gotten dingy and lost that shine. I don't see cleaning the wheels with a wheel cleaning compund for hours on end. What do prof truckers use to clean aluminum quickly on their rigs..??

It's oxidation and the only way to get it off is with elbow grease or buffing.
If you don't want the work, you might look into having them clear-coated.
