I have been setting up my mechanical injection system in my car and i'm in the process of doing the fuel system, i want to keep my 60lt fuel tank in the rear of my car and run a 10lt header/surge tank up the front to feed the belt driven pump, my question is can i gravity feed the smaller front mounted tank to supply the belt driven pump?? or will i need to pump th fuel up to the front of the car?? it's a methanol enderle Hat injection on a tunnel ram..
Thanks Lee

Re: methanol fuel system
Yes, if you run a rear tank, feeding a small surge tank in the front, you need a pump to feed the front tank from the rear.
Re: methanol fuel system
ok thanks i thought so, i was just having some wishfull thinking on the gravity feed as my rear tank is higher than my front tank..
guess it's off to buy a electric fuel pum now..

Go to the Kinsler fuel injection website, you can get a lot of information there, and their catalog contains a ton of information you certainly need. Get their catalog before you buy anything else.
