Greetings, i would like to mount some brackets on my die cast aluminum valve covers. Is pop riveting an option with silicon? I dont want them to leak and welding isnt convenient. Thanks.

i covered some breather holes with rivets and aluminum then covered the rivets with 'the right stuff', no leaks.
