Scales.
I cant seem to find NON digital scales for corner weights. I realize the advantages of them, but I'm on a budget! Does anyone know of any non digital ones or maybe an affordable set of digitals under $750??
Just a sponge, soaking up info.

Those are like the ones I used years ago when working on Datsun and Porshce road racers! Thats not bad. I found a pretty cool item on Lefthander Chassis' site. Its just one scale, you take wheel off and it bolts to rotor and then you just lower car onto the scale, take your measurement, then go to next corner. Upper left corner of page. Or, you could even fab your own.

cept mine have the degree plates on the front. Think I spent $275 on them. Readings are darn close to the electronic ones.

If you want really cheap, as in dirt poor....
When I was a young student, I used an ordinary hydraulic car jack fitted with an accurate large scale pressure gauge. (I used a beautifully made surplus pressure gauge from a submarine).
Just accurately measure the bore of the jack, and then use a calculator to figure the weight.
It may not be pretty, or high tech, but it can be quite accurate, and as cheap as it gets.
