I am curious if someone could tell me who sells the best reamers for working on Manganese & Phosphorus Bronze Guides?

Ron,

Did you check with CHE or whoever you get the guides from to find out what their tooling is made from and/or coated with?

This might be helpful, so you can approach the reamer tool suppliers with specific requirements.

How much material do you have to remove? I have never had luck with "bronze" reamers, I just keep a good stock of bronze guides and hone to size.

AV&V solid carbide reamers sold through Goodson.

Also, don't even think about trying the M-42 cobalt steel ones, or even the coated ones. Although they advertise that they will cut bronze, they will not work. Solid carbide only.
