Best way to bed in racing brake pads?

I'm having trouble getting my Wilwood brakes to bed in evenly using the 15E pads. New disks in all 4 corners. Too much pedal pulsation. Checked runout, all less than .004". Had to clean disks off with bead blaster and try again. Any one have a good method? 3000 lb drag car.

I thought someone else would jump in here.

Last year I broke in a new set of fronts. I did three VERY hard stops, to the point of smoke rolling out of the wheel wells - this was not tire smoke. Then drove without braking to let them cool down. I have no idea if this method is perfect, but my car will stop on a dime. http://projectautos.com/69-camaro/10-ra ... oject.html

Warren "The Brake Man" Gilliland basically recommends abusing the pads. Not dragging the brake, but several repeated very hard braking applications. Method seems to work on our sprint cars with both steel and Ti rotors. http://www.thebrakeman.com/tbedding_new_pads
