Here are some pics of the milling head my buddy makes and sells. He has sold over 30 of them with no complaints. One end is for CBN, the other is PCD. They come in R8 with the set-up indicator and one each of the inserts, cost is $1,395. A friend of mine owns a job shop with several CNC machines, he just bought one with a CAT40 spindle and loves it. The profilometer picture is of a block that he did. PM me if interested.
