3 Books, 2 hardcover and 1 paperback. These get into all kinds of vibration and how to solve them. In depth stuff. They do not specifically concentrate on how to balance a crank but give the the why of it. All you learn here can help in that quest as well as doing odd items.
Fair warning. There is a lot of heavy math that can make your eyes glaze over but the overall info is very useable.
