Unlike EJ and EDP models, the VIP armature/stone holder assy. is directly aligned with the valve guide axis

Also need stones from 1.00" (26mm) and pilots from 0.200" (5.0mm) - - can reduce larger stones, and if the pilot valve guide o.d is suitable can reduce or sleeve the stone holder o.d. to suit

Original VIP pilots are ~3 1/2" long with a threaded expanding collet at the "bottom" and radiused "top"; believe they then increase to a 7/16"od x ~3 1/4" long section which fits inside the grinder stone holder
