Did you have a shop in Fayetteville? I'm surprised I don't recognize the equipment, thought I knew all of the shops in the area. There is a shop in the area with a older DCM, but I've never had the chance to use one.

No I was in Farmington but now live in Siloam Springs
Your more than welcome to come by the shop and see any of the machines in action.

How about 23K and a nice Bridgeport Series II (head assembly rebuilt with less than 5 hours use) with a vise, collet and holdown sets for the Sunnen and the IDL...... I deliver and pickup.

As soon as the sunnen sells everything else will be sold separate.
Taking offers? Trades?
Like I've said before just not using them anymore with my new job, would rather have the room in the shop.

Just curious how that dcm machine works. Cut accurate seats, surface finishes decent, etc. How is it for set up and changing over to surfacing from seats. Is it done on the same fixture, or is it a different fixture. And, lastly, is it supported at all? Like is the block stuff available still, or would it be a your on your own to find it. Its a cool machine. I remember seeing those when they came out and I said hmm. Being at pri last week, not really impressed with any of the seat and guide machines on the market. Thanks

Frank

It does cut seats very accurately (at as fast as a vgs20 but pretty close)
Surface finish is excellent and very easy to swap from surfacing to seat cutting. The swap the R8 cutter for the R8 seat cutter.
Surface and seat work done on the same fixture.
DCM does still support parts and they have a roll over fixture for the block. They quoted it for $2,000
