This has always worked great, no hiccups. It is setup to check the Ra on crankshaft journals. I have used it for checking Ra on cylinder heads and blocks as well. I had fabricated a sheet metal attachment for flat surfaces and I cannot find it anywhere but it is easy for someone to make. I do not have the case for the unit, but I do have a case for the "V" adapter kit. There are 2 other V's in that kit not shown that comes with it. Located near Flint Michigan. Asking $400.
