I would like to purchase a sunnen p-310 valve guide dial bore gauge and setting fixture and probes if avalable

Just sold one a few weeks ago. Check EBay, they are on there from time to time. Usually in the $700-$1000 range depending on condition and number of probes that come with it. Good luck on your search.
