Wanted: Ford 460 with 4.5 inch Scat assy

I am trying to build a Ford 460 for a tow vehicle. RPM will probably never see 5K. I just want a 4.5 inch Scat assy. The rest of the engine can stay close to stock. I just want the grunt.
I an in So Cal. I have a core. I can buy the Scat assy. To build it myself I have not found anyone that can promise to - properly - prep a block in less than six weeks.
The calendar is chasing me. I will consider a block, short block, long block or crate.
Any ideas?
