I am converting a gas #7320 (2" butterfly x 1.81" venturi) Dominator over to E85, with Mr Whitener's help...And getting a few parts through him as well. This is the older style body, but it's different and you never see them being used anymore. Figured my brother and I would change that!

So far we have drilled and tapped for 8/32 removable air bleeds and removed the old vent tubes. Then we deburred and polished the venturi's. Later I am going to drill/tap for t-slot restrictors...this coming week I will order the BLP metering blocks and 18 hole boosters for it. Maybe next weekend will have it on the motor ready to fire up.

Got the carb together and fired up yesterday. I had to grind the sides of the boosters to make them work in the body, which I expected. Alot of work went into it, first time I was that far involved into one of my own carbs...It's very responsive off idle, going for a drive tomorrow!

Went out with it Friday night, had a ongoing traction issue. So wasted 3 passes, then tightened the front shocks up...went a 10.46 - Advanced the timing from 34 to 38 (done a big jump to see if it was in the right direction) went a 10.40...replaced the .156 BLP jets with .160's and went a 10.32...ran out of jets and went from leaving at 3000 to 4300 and finally went a 10.30 @ 129 / 6.54 @ 105 and a still awful 1.49 60ft. I need to get better front shocks
