Hello Gents,

A few days ago I sent a pic of my Camaro to Summit Racing page on Fecebook and now it is a contender for the August top ten Customer cars! :D

Would be really cool to win this deal, specially because I'm working on my car along the past sixteen years and is six times more difficult($$) to build a car like this here in Brazil than at USA, due the heavy taxes we pay on import parts.

So I'd like to have your vote, for those who use Facebook, just open this link and like my Z28 pic:

I apologize If I posted this at the wrong place here!

Thanks in advance
Diego

Still have to drag test them plus the new 29x10.5 Hoosiers.

Its specially cool to me because here in Brazil we grew up watching American Muscle cars on TV movies and magazines and later reading a lot of car stories on the WEB....so these cars are aways a reference. I never thought about the remote possibility of my car being there.

Build these cars overhere require more than patience, knowledge, hard work, time, money, survey...It requires good friends to help with machinery and tools you don't have, friends around the globe helping with parts, requires "swim against the waves" because every part must be imported, and we pay six to seven times more due taxes and I'm not a rich man, I'm stubborn.

It really requires love to bring these machines to life.

Thank you for the words Buddy. Much aprecciated.

I'd love to see a pic of your car if you could post it here or send it in a PM. And BTW, forget Samba, I like Rock! :-D

There was eighteen years of work on this car, and I still have things to improve. I guess it never ends!

Basically I know every nut and bolt of my car.

Build a fast car w/o a lot dough spent isn't easy, as you might know. Actually she's running 1.40 / 6.32@111.2 mph in the 1/8.

This season I'll fight for 1.3X/ 6.2X et ,wich is something nobody at my Country did with a true street, all motor N/A, pump gas car.

The major part of these results came from the tips the good ST Friends gave me.

Thanks a lot Dave and everybody who gave me a hand! =D>
