I came to the conclusion, the monster can't be tamed!

Short wb sprinter.
351w hi deck Ford on carbed alky.
Can't get a bite in the turns or most of the way down the 1/2 mile straights then the right front wheel lifts off the track close to the flaggman..
Think the car is too nose heavy.
Can't move anything but get rid of the front torsion bars and go coil over.
The motor seems like a monster but can't use the power.
Once it hooks it moves with the rest but to late in the game.
Is there a handling program for sprinter use.
We have scaled weights all over the place, changed bars, stagger, tires, shocks, raised the front chassi height, and seems not to change much.
Driveline is squared and free at the ball mount.
If not, this is the last season of trying to get this combination to hook up.
One other Ford runs with the short deck motor and coil overs, does very well year after year in the top five and wins features and heats but I see his small tendency to push in the middle of the turns.

Kenny....... suggest you contact Bob Bolles at Chassis R&D. I'm betting he has some good answers for your problem. The e-mail is chassisrd@aol.com or Bob himself at (386)677-5384.
