1980 toyota 4x4 pickup 20R

I would just like to know if a stock 20R water pump has enough power to get the water to the bed of the truck. i have a mudd truck and would like to move the radiator to the bed for better cooling and less cloging and damage. any help would be greatly appreciated. i know this truck upside down and backwards im just not sure if i will burn up or seriously damage the water pump by relocating the radiator so far back. thank you . I am not familier with the 20r pump but on the MR2 with a front rad and rear engine they work just fine. Nothing different with that pump compared to the celica that has the same engine (and pump) and is front mounted.
